Akers Farm

Akers Farm, LLC started in 1993 in the commercial cattle business. At the time, we also backgrounded and sold feeder cattle. We soon realinzed that cattle sired by Angus bulls brought more money at the market place.

In the fall of 2000, we made a commitment to produce cattle to meet the needs of both purebred breeders and the commercial producer.

In order to achieve our goals, we visited Thomas Angus Ranch in Baker City, Oregon in the summer of 2001 and purchased our first Angus females.

We are focused on producing the kind of bulls and replacement females that will work in your herd to help you reach your goals for many years to come.
