                         Beginning Wednesday 7 October       Senior Varsity, Optional for JV

  JV Practice Group swimmers are introduced to dry land training, weight training, endurance, conditioning, and stroke refinement.  Race strategy, competitive skills, goal setting and understanding of time standards is also emphasized.  Expectations are that JV swimmers achieve a high attendance %, focus on improving stroke technique, attend swim meets and focus on personal end of season goals.

Swimmers advance to JV group per qualifying time standards /and or Coach recommendation.                    JV swimmers are 11& over . JV swimmers have  6 to 8 weekly workouts with attendance expectation 90%
